VOTER REGISTRATION DEADLINE WAS OCTOBER 6, 2025

City residents who are not registered to vote, but would like to participate in the November 4th City Elections have until October 6th to submit their completed voter registration form to the Elections office. To register, click the button below.

Registered voters are reminded to update the Elections Office with any name or address changes prior to Election Day.  Click below to change your voter information online.

Vote by Mail: To request a mail ballot click below and follow the link  to request a ballot. Thursday, October 23rd is the last day to request a mail ballot for this election. 

Walk-in Voting is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. starting October 27th, through October 31st at the following location: 

• Polk County Government Center: 930 E Parker St, Lakeland, FL (Click below)

And through November 3rd (excluding Saturday and Sunday) at the following locations:

• Election Headquarters: 250 South Broadway Ave, Bartow, FL 
• Election Operations Center: 70 Florida Citrus Blvd, Winter Haven, FL
